Quality Matters is honored to work closely with so many people who are dedicating themselves to improving early child care outcomes in Monterey County. As a tribute to the hard working educators who pioneered the QRIS initiative in Monterey County, we hosted a recognition luncheon in late September. Our keynote speaker was State Assemblymember, Anna Caballero. We were also fortunate to have the Executive Director of First 5 Monterey, Francine Rodd, as our closing speaker.
